the staff was friendly and saved the breakfast i ordered. they packed it into the refrigerator. i was running late for a conference and this was so helpful. the receptionist was helpful upon arrival and accommodated storing my bags both at arrival and after checkout.

i found cockroaches in my room on multiple occasions. there was no ac, so i barely slept due to the heatwave. i could not access the kitchen in the evening or before 8am, so i could not fill water bottles.

the staff kindly saved my breakfast and kept it in the refrigerator. i was late for a conference, so this was very helpful. the location is good and very close to the city center.

the building have old wooden stairs so guests with mobility problems should consider this.

The staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the kitchen facilities. They allowed me to make my own tea. i made use of the terrace too. it provided a beautiful view of the city.

My room had an awful smell from the drains. This odor spread to the room. i had to keep the bathroom door closed to minimize it. also the shower had inconsistent water pressure. It fluctuated between hot and cold.

i really enjoyed my stay! the airport shuttle dropped me just a short walk away. reception was on the first floor, and the welcome was so warm! the communal kitchen had everything i needed, like a microwave and crockery. i also spent time in the sitting room which has a terrace and a fine view of the city.

The neighbors were a bit loud at times. Their television was quite audible. fortunately, it didn't go on too late. there was a sewer water smell a few times a day and sometimes at night. it only lasted for a bit, but it was still an inconvenience.
